  • “I'm so lucky to have met Christina. I was experiencing lower back pain and I realized that I was not properly doing my downward dog. That's when I found Christina's website, I signed up for her 8 course package and after 2 classes, no more lower back pain and by the 7th class, I finally found a straight spine during downward dog. At first, I was worried we wouldn't be able to address my concerns over virtual classes. However, she recommended that we set up 2 cameras and she's been able to watch by alignment both from the front and side. She puts a lot of attention on my alignment and she'll cue me right away if I need to change my posture. She also customizes the class to include both poses I want to work on as well as postures that will open me up for the final pose. 100% recommend Christina to anyone who wishes to improve their yoga practice.
