With Yoga and Movement Classes at Panorama Mountain Resort in Panorama, BC! Nourish your body and mind with yoga, mindful movement and breathwork. Helping you get ready to take on whatever the day brings or recover from a day of adventure and fun!

VILLAGE YOGA CLASSES AT PANORAMA

Venues: 1. Creekside Room - Indoor (in the Lower Village above the General Store beside Timeshare)
2. Toby Creek Deck - Outdoor (in the Lower Village behind the General Store facing Toby Creek - access through the General Store) *no need to purchase lift tickets for Village Yoga

Details:

  • Minimum age to attend is 13.

  • Classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels. (Variations and modifications will be offered to accommodate all ability levels.)

  • Must book online and in advance as class size is limited.

  • For last minute bookings (within 90 minutes of class start time) or questions, please email info@panoramayoga.com

*Things to note: 

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up - classes will begin at the scheduled time.

  • Bring water and a towel if needed and wear layers.

  • Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.

  • Class may include the use of diffusing or use of essential oils - if you have allergies or sensitivities please email info@panoramayoga.com

Policies:

  • Full refund up to 24 hrs prior to class, no refunds within 24 hrs of scheduled class time.

  • Classes may get cancelled or venues may change based on weather.

Meet Your Instructor, Christina!

With over 7 years and 1500 hours of experience, Christina has become well known for her expert instruction, attention to detail and passion for creating safe and effective yoga classes. Teaching various styles of yoga including Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Breathwork, Meditation and Aerial has given Christina the opportunity to teach diverse clientele, including professional athletes, doctors, and other health care professionals. Her teaching has positively impacted her students by increasing their flexibility, strength, stability, mobility, balance, breathing mechanics, posture and reducing their back pain and stress levels (see testimonials here). Christina is an avid traveler who finds solace and inspiration in exploring the great outdoors. When she’s not teaching yoga, you can find her hiking (She’s also a certified Hiking Leader) or snowboarding in the mountains.

Rise & Energize

Elevate your morning with an energizing yoga class. This class provides a mix of yoga and other stretching, strengthening, mobility and balancing movements.

Morning Elevation

Ease into your day with an awakening morning yoga class. This session offers a blend of stretching and strengthening movements that will help you start your day feeling refreshed, focused, and inspired to embrace whatever comes your way!

Sweat Salutations

Get your heart pumping as you flow through this active yoga class focusing mainly on the Sun Salutations sequence with additional poses targeting the core, back, shoulders, glutes and legs.

Stretch & Stabilize

Stretch out and mobilize your hips, spine and shoulders followed by gentle, yet powerful strengthening exercises. If you’re suffering with low back pain or tight hips and upper back/shoulders, this class could help to improve your symptoms! This is a great yoga class for Golfers and Downhill Bikers!

Evening Restoration

Restore your mind and body in this yoga class that focuses on relaxation and stretching. Part breathwork and part gentle yoga poses. Leave feeling calm and completely relaxed.

Move & Soothe

Stretch and move your body from head to toe (and everything in between) to soothe sore muscles in this slow and gentle yoga class. After this class, your body will almost feel like it’s just had full body massage.

Hillside Hatha

A full body yoga stretch and strengthen yoga class that is perfect beginners or those who want to refine their foundational yoga practice. This class focuses on longer holds in poses with attention to alignment and muscular engagement.

In-Depth Breath

Immerse yourself in this guided breathwork session that offers a unique opportunity explore deep, mindful breathing techniques designed to enhance relaxation and mental rejuvenation. This class offers a tranquil retreat from daily stress, helping you achieve a heightened sense of calm, clarity and peace.

Mindful Mobility

This is a perfect class for those looking to get their body moving for their day ahead without going too hard. Get your joints feeling looser and more limber, while keeping your energy expenditure low so you can take on whatever the day brings!
